This started on a whim and it is now running on faith and grace. I am a mom of 3 amazing kiddos- Ryder, Max, and Kambri. I have a super supportive soon to be hubby that helps do ALL the things behind the scenes! You can find our oldest son, Ryder, behind the desk at the store, and he will be sure to make you smile! I started this company 4 years ago out of our home. We have since grown substantially and now have a storefront location! We are dedicated to serving our Lord in every way possible and blessed to have been given this gift and bring smiles to every home we serve!

Shipping and Pickups

We offer shipping, as well as local pickups. Please be sure to select the proper method at checkout. You will automatically be charged for shipping if you do not select local pickup.

Pickups are offered at our storefront located at 127 Speer St, Belle Vernon PA 15012 during normal business hours. Hours do vary, please follow our Facebook Business Page for current closings and hour changes. We do not send out pickup reminders. You will be sent an email once your order is ready for pickup and have 90 days to get your items. If 90 days pass, your item is forfeited and put back out for sale. We DO NOT issue refunds for forfeited items.

Shipping is calculated based on weight. We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are not responsible for any product once it leaves our hands.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL! We only accept returns if the product is damaged or a mistake on our part. We must be notified within 7 days of original purchase date. There is absolutely NO RETURNS on any preordered items!

TAT

Our TAT is 14-21 business days. Business days DO NOT include weekends, holidays, or any day we are not in the shop. Please plan accordingly if you need an order! Some items take longer and some items are much quicker. Please ask ahead or utilize the RUSH ITEM option to purchase a rush fee. This will move your order directly to the front of the line! Search RUSH to find that option.

Preorder Policy

Preorders are posted periodically. These will have their own turn around time stated in each description. If none is stated within the description, the normal 4-8 week window is to be assumed. Please do not request order updates unless you are outside of your turn around time. We can't control shipping, we do our best to estimate arrivals to you, but they are only an estimate.

Spirit Trailer/ Fundraising

We offer some fundraising opportunities for your group! We have plenty of items to choose from to create specifically for your team. We also provide a SPIRIT TRAILER that travels to your event as we press on site designs we pick or create especially for you! Contact us at thecraftycannolico@gmail.com for more information.

Brands Used

For graphic tees we use Bella Canvas as our main brand of tees. We occasionally replace with other brands if stock issues arise. These include Gildan, Jerzees, Port Authority, Hanes, among others. If you prefer a certain brand please let us know! For hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts we mainly use Gildan and Jerzees.

Shirts are done on Bella Canvas, unless otherwise stated/requested. Sweatshirts and hoodies vary in brands depending on stock. Turn around time starts the next business day following after the day you place your order. All orders will be ready within 15-21 business days after placing an order.  We strive for sooner, you will get an email once your order is ready. All can be picked up at The Crafty Cannoli Co located at 127 Speer Street, Belle Vernon PA 15012. PLEASE SELECT PICKUP AT CHECKOUT, otherwise we will ship your order.
