Please read the garment protocol! Each bundle of onesies for a garment will cost $10 to launder. EACH day without a response or paid invoice for laundering will add an additional day to your initial TAT. 𝗠𝗶𝗻. 𝗼𝗳 3 garments 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱, refer to guide on what is accepted and what is not. Garments must be in a zip lock bag & labeled. Sleeve names will be an additional cost.

An embroidery machine is just that, a machine. No matter if we use the intro machine or the industrials, things can happen. Garments can be ruined & not salvageable. We are not liable for any mishaps; we cannot control those things. There are no refunds on these. Once started, there is no turning back. Not responsible for garments that might be ruined & not salvageable.

TAT- 8-10 weeks- starts 4 days after receiving your clothing items.
